I don’t really ever post about personal stuff BUT, I just took a yoga inversions workshop with Raghunath, aka Ray Cappo. It was the most incredible experience and I cannot believe how much I improved in just 2 hours. He called me a “hardcore yogi” and I died.
I love yoga. I love hardcore.
H2O played at a tiny venue on Long Island a couple weeks ago. I never thought I would shoot this band but I couldn’t pass up this oppurtunity.
